Uses

Dia and moulds manufacturing, prototype and pilot batch manufacturing. Dies and moulds have bores for guide bushes, guide pins, ejector pins, sprue bushes etc. which have close tolerances. These bores are few in numbers and need a tool with wide and precision adjustment range.

Prototype manufacturing needs versatile tool to cover a large range and precision tool to manufacture to component bores to close tolerances. Similar needs are also for pilot batch manufacturing.

This boring head is suitable for use on precision high speed boring machines, machining centers and special purpose machines.

How to adjust

With this tool, you can have coarse size adjustments on cartridge screw and fine adjustment on the circumference.
